Can you screenshot what this should look like?
Instead of deleting SmoothMouseX and Y I now recommend changing their values to 0. Here is a pic of my regedit.

Here's mine for mouse: accel @0 , no accel max/scale, hover time at 10, and I highly suggest to try mouse speed at "-".

I'm also using Revi config, but winver 22h2 and installed with rufus.
