I have! Different GPU ports, different monitor ports, iGPU, different cables, new cables, etc. Nothing worked.

Does this only happen with mouse input? Does the problem also occur when you just move in the game with the keyboard and don't move the mouse?

Left field question.
Check your Frameskipping
How does your monitor look at www.testufo.com/frameskipping ?
I've seen problems before, especially in multimonitor situations or firmware-bug situations.
If it is frameskipping, take a photo and post it. The patterns may show some clues of its source.
I'm still seeing the occasional monitor having frameskipping bugs, like from the early 240Hz days. viewtopic.php?t=3598
But even using multimonitor can also do this, when the operating system is syncing to the other monitor (causing jitter on the one you're playing on).

Re: Persistent, system-wide microstutter/jitter. Hard to diagnose
I've encountered similar situations with lag before, and my strategy to troubleshoot and fix it is pretty straightforward. Here's what I recommend:
1. Use two monitors: one for your game and the other for monitoring system processes.
2. Open a task manager or similar tool (like Process Hacker—any tool works).
3. Sort the processes by CPU usage before starting your game. Sorting is necessary to identify which process spikes at the exact moment you notice the lag.
4. While playing, if you experience a lag spike, quickly check the task manager to see which process has started using the CPU. It might only be a small increase (like 5-10%), but that's often your culprit.
5. Once you identify the process causing the issue, you can address it, which usually resolves the problem.
If this doesn't help, try sorting the task manager by GPU usage instead. This method has consistently worked for me in the past.
p.s In my experience, it was usually an antivirus causing the issue in the past.

Jesus, those numbers. Get off version 2009, I don't know why so many people are stuck on that horrible half baked build. It doesn't have the newest features but in turn it has a lot of bugs and probably the worst performance ever.ticoex wrote: ↑25 Nov 2024, 15:54I've included the stats page too. I didnt include all drivers, just those with a DPC count and execution. Similarly, i did the top of the Processes tab. I did try a DDU reinstall of VGA driver before but ill try again with the file you listedwidow13 wrote: ↑25 Nov 2024, 15:21
Can u send the drivers, processes tab aswell ?
Also, try this driver to make sure it's not the driver, I don't have issues with this one.
Use DDU to get rid of the previous first.

Thank you for the suggestion. I actually ran through many of the Blur Buster tests, frameskipping included. I took a slow mo video of the frameskipping test, but saw no issuesChief Blur Buster wrote: ↑26 Nov 2024, 01:10Left field question.

I did. I'm using ultimate power plan at the moment. I'll switch it after work and see what it looks like.dermodemon wrote: ↑26 Nov 2024, 04:31Did u change some of you powewplan options? if so try to restore them to default

So I have done this. It didnt seem to show too much useful info. The only antivirus I have is Windows Defender. Anything I can do to rule it out?ahead wrote: ↑26 Nov 2024, 04:57I've encountered similar situations with lag before, and my strategy to troubleshoot and fix it is pretty straightforward.
