Re: Frametime spikes causing stutter in every game

You mentioned trying different CPU's, Intel and AMD, that basically means you tried different computers altogether, since no motherboard can take Intel or AMD (as far as I'm aware). At that point, I don't know what else to suggest, maybe have a certified electrician test the outlets in the house ...

Re: Stuttering/slugish feeling when FPS drops below FPS Cap G-sync

From the way you are describing it, your case would be different. The OP was experiencing frametime spikes and stutter related to performance limitations stemming from the system and/or game engine.

However, when it drops below your 140 FPS limit, it means it is now instead limited ...

Re: ASUS PG259QN ANNOUNCED! - 360Hz IPS 1ms GtG HDR Monitor with Hardware G-Sync and ULMB Strobing

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but there is something I don't understand about these new monitors that go over 240HZ:

How do you get 360FPS? As far as I understand, you need your system to be able to deliver the matching number of frames per second to be able to profit from a higher refresh rate ...

Re: Stuttering in every game

I'll throw something that comes to mind into the conversation. You mentioned closing all background programs. But have you made certain that you have no processes running in the background that interfere with your game? It could be something as simple as an overlay from a game launcher, or a program ...

Monitor Recommendations

First and foremost, I absolutely love the work you do here at Blur Busters, thank you.

I am currently gaming on my Asus PG348Q, which I love, but lately I've been thinking that I want to upgrade to a monitor with the latest technologies. However, i have a very hard time choosing.
